Terms and Conditions: Free Simple Will Promotion

1. The Offer

  • This promotion entitles the client to one Single Simple Will upon the successful completion of a remortgage and the payment of the agreed Broker Fee.

  • The "Simple Will" covers basic distribution of assets and does not include complex advice regarding Discretionary Trusts, Inheritance Tax planning, or overseas assets.

2. Eligibility

  • The offer is available to new and existing clients who instruct Your Door Mortgage advice limited for a remortgage and pay the broker fee.

  • The offer is only valid once the Broker Fee has been paid in full.

3. Third-Party Provider

  • The Will writing service is provided by a third-party legal partner, Lighthouse wills and estate, and not directly by Your Door Mortgage Advice.

  • Your Door Mortgage advice accepts no liability for the advice given or the drafting of the legal documents by the third party.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

  • If the client’s requirements are deemed "Complex" by the legal provider, the value of the "Simple Will" will be applied as a credit/discount toward the cost of a complex Will.

  • This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, a reduction in the broker fee, or any other service.

  • The offer is limited to one Will per mortgage application.

5. Regulatory Disclaimers (Crucial for FCA)

  • Your Door Mortgage Advice  is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, Will Writing is not regulated by the FCA.

  • The provision of a free Will is a separate service from the mortgage advice provided. Your mortgage recommendation will be based solely on your needs and circumstances, regardless of this promotion.

  • GDPR: We will confirm your explicit consent to pass your contact details to the Will writer prior to engaging with the will writer.
